As Spark Admissions’ Chief Consulting Officer, Connor leads our exceptional team of College Admissions Consultants and ensures that every student receives guidance of the highest caliber. A recognized expert in the evolving landscape of college admissions, Connor closely analyzes emerging trends and data to keep Spark at the forefront of strategic, research-driven advising.

Connor previously served as a Senior Admissions Consultant at Spark, where he helped his students earn admission to more than 100 colleges and universities—including every Ivy League institution. In his final full-time admissions cycle, four of his students were accepted to Harvard. Notably, these students shared no common extracurriculars, summer programs, or essay themes—an illustration of the deeply individualized, student-centered approach that is core to Spark’s philosophy and to Connor’s advising.

Before joining Spark Admissions, Connor served as an admissions interviewer at Dartmouth College and as an academic and career coach at Bowdoin College. Across the past 15 years, he has devoted his career to mentoring students, helping them define their goals, and supporting them in achieving exceptional outcomes in the college process and beyond.

Connor holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Boston and enjoys exploring local hiking and running trails.
